输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗男性儿童后尿道结石20例分析

Treatment for boys’posterior urethral calculus under ureteroscopy with pneumaticlithotripsy ( 20cases)

目的:探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗男性儿童后尿道结石的疗效。方法:选择2005至2007年在我院门诊就诊的5～13岁男性儿童患者20例,术前诊断为后尿道结石,均急诊行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石。结果:20例患者均行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术顺利击碎结石。复查均未再发现后尿道结石。结论:输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术是治疗男性儿童后尿道结石的有效的可行的方法。

Objective To probe into the efficacy of ureteroscopy with pneumaticlithotripsy for boys＇ posterior urethral calculus. Methods 20 boys came from the out patients from 2005 - 2007 all under wentureteroscopy with pneumaticlithotripsy as trauma emergen- cy, who as a whole were suffered from posterior urethral calculi before the operations. Results 20 cases succeeded by ureteroseopy with pneumaticlithotripsy, and all cases were in accordance with the processing mode of bladder calculi. All were found no posterior urethral calculi after operation. Conclusion It is viable of ureteroscopy with pneumaticlithotripsy for boys＇ posterior urethral calculus.
