摘要
城市化是中国经济社会发展的主要趋势之一,走健康、积极、和谐的城市化之路是贯彻落实科学发展观的内在要求。本文从城市社会与经济协同发展的视角出发,通过侧重考察特大城市,将我国的传统城市化模式界定为"排斥性城市化",分析了传统城市化的主要表现、结果和原因;在此基础上,提出了未来中国应该实施包容性城市化发展的路径及相关政策建议。
Urbanization is one of the main trends of socio-economic development of China. Taking the healthy, active, and harmonious urbanization path is the intrinsic requirement to carry out the Scientific View of Development. From the angle of coordinated urban social and economic development, and through the examination on mega- cities, this paper defines the traditional urbanization mode as ＂exclusive＂ urbanization and analyzes its main performance, results, and causes. On such a basis, the paper puts forward the development path of implementing inclusive urbanization in the future and the relevant policy suggestions.
