摘要 高速逆流色谱是一种新型的、连续高效的液液分配色谱技术。它的固定相和流动相都是液体,没有不可逆吸附,具有样品无损失、无污染、高效、快速和大制备量分离等特点,此项技术已被广泛用于中药成分分离、保健食品、生物化学、生物化工、天然产物化学、有机合成、环境分析等领域。近年来,由于其与传统的分离纯化方法相比有明显的优点,高速逆流色谱技术被逐渐用于手性物质拆分,文章总结了溶剂体系的选择标准,以及目前在高速逆流色谱中进行手性拆分的研究进展。 The high speed countercurrent chromatography is a liquid liquid chromatographic technique, with no solid support, in which the stationary and the mobile phases are constituted by two immiscible liquids or solutions. It has no irreversible adsorption and samples loss during separation. The process is efficient, fast, and can make large amount of sample without pollution. This technique has been widely used in separation of Chinese medicine, health food, biochemistry, natural product chemistry, organic synthesis, environmental analysis and some other fields. Because of its unique advantages compared with the traditional separation and purification methods, it has been used in chrial separation. The article summarizes the criteria of solvent system selection, and the progress of its use in chrial separation.
