摘要
介绍了PLC和CC-Link总线技术在MOTOMAN机器人控制系统中的应用,利用三菱Q06HCPU,通过CC-Link主站、远程I/O站与机器人CC-Link板卡进行通讯,将现场采集到的数据及信号通过CC-Link网络传送到Q06HCPU中,并将CPU输出的控制信号通过CC-Link网络传送到机器人控制器中,达到远程数据采集和远程控制的目的。
The application of PLC and CC-Link filedbus network in MOTOMAN robot workstation system is introduced.Using the MITSUBISHI Q06HCPU PLC,combined with CC-Link home site,remote I/O device site linking XFB board,the collected data and signals are transmitted to the control unit(Q06HCPU)by means of the CC-Link Filedbus Network.And the signals coming from the control unit(Q06HCPU)is transmitted to the robot controller through the CC-Link Filedbus Network,then remote data collection and control are achived.
