摘要 对磁场的各项参数的测量是电磁场研究中的重要一环,常见磁场测量仪器可完成直流磁场测量,但这些产品无法测量交流磁场,无法准确获知交流磁场各项参数。如今的交流磁场测量通常不单独形成产品,而是与直流测量共同构成交直流高斯计。然而大多数交直流高斯计只能简单测量其平均值,所以研究脉冲磁场的测量与处理具有重要的理论意义和使用价值。本设计中高能脉冲磁场测量仪能够用于对静态、高能脉冲、高频交变磁场的多参数测量,包括数据采集、程控放大、触发模块、数据处理、人机交互、电源等电路模块以及上位机处理软件等。本设计中使用FPGA作为高速数据采集的控制核心、使ARM处理采集所得的数据,键盘和液晶作为人机交换部分的输入与输出。 Measurement of all parameters of the magnetic field is an important part of electromagnetic field in the study of magnetic field measurement instrument. It can complete common DC magnetic field measurements, but these products can't measure the AC magnetic field, can't accurately measure AC magnetic field parameters. AC magnetic field measurement usually can't form a product now, but with the DC measurements constitutes the AC and DC Gauss meters. However, the majority of AC and DC Gauss meters can measure the average value, has the important theory significance and use value measurement and treatment research of pulsed magnetic field. The design of the high energy pulsed magnetic field measurement instrument can be used in the measurement of multiple parameters of static, high energy pulse, high frequency alternating magnetic field, including data acquisition, programmable amplifier, trigger module, data processing, man-machine interface, power supply circuit module and PC software. This design uses FPGA as the control core, high speed data acquisition enables the ARM to process collected data, the keyboard and LCD as the man-machine exchange of input and output part.
