自控系统中PLC使用的注意事项及抗干扰分析

Analysis of Attention of Using PLC in Automatic Control System and Anti-Interference

PLC是一种用于工业生产自动化控制的设备,一般不需要采取什么措施,就可以直接在工业环境中使用。然而,如果PLC在使用不当,极易造成程序或运算错误,进而造成设备失控,为保证PLC正常运行,提高PLC控制系统的可靠性,本文结合自己在实际中的经验提出了PLC在实际应用中的一些注意事项及干扰产生的原因及预防措施及解决办法。

PLC is a device for automatic control in industrial production,generally do not need to take measures,can be directly used in an industrial environment.However,if the PLC is in use undeserved,extremely easy to cause the program or operator error,it causes the equipment out of control.In order to ensure the normal operation of PLC,improve the reliability of PLC control system.This paper combines with author’s practical experience,put forward some attentions for PLC in applicaion,and discusses the causes of interference and its prevention solving methods.
