布地奈德联合特布他林吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

The Clinical Effect Observation of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline by Nebulization in the Treating of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察布地奈德联合特布他林吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法选取本院2012年1—6月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者90例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予布地奈德联合特布他林吸入治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为93.3%(28/30),高于对照组的80.0%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床治疗中,应用布地奈德联合特布他林吸入治疗的疗效较为显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clincial effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline by nebulization in the treating of chronic obstructive pulmonary.Methods 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from 2012 January to June treated patients,which were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group based on the given budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy,observe clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results The treatment group the total effective rate was 93.3%（28/30）,higher than 80.0% in the control group（24/30）,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Treating chronic obstructive pulmonary with budesonide combined terbutaline by nebulization could receive significant effect to extend in clinic.
