曲美他嗪联合贝尼地平治疗变异型心绞痛的临床疗效研究

The Clinical Effect Research of Qumei Trimetazidine Combined with Benidipine in Treatment of Variant Angina Pectoris

目的观察曲美他嗪联合贝尼地平治疗变异型心绞痛的疗效。方法将临床173例变异型心绞痛患者随机分为曲美他嗪组56例、贝尼地平组56例、曲美他嗪联合贝尼地平组(治疗组)71例,均用药3个月以上,观察3组临床疗效。结果曲美他嗪组总有效率为69.6%,贝尼地平组总有效率为87.5%,治疗组总有效率为94.4%,治疗组疗效优于曲美他嗪组和贝尼地平组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论曲美他嗪联合贝尼地平治疗变异型心绞痛有较好的疗效且不良反应少,是目前临床治疗变异型心绞痛较佳选择。

Objective To observe the effect of Qumei trimetazidine combined with benidipine on variant angina pectoris.Methods 173 cases of variant angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into three groups： Qumei trimetazidine group 56 cases,benidipine group 56 cases,Qumei trimetazidine plus benidipine group（treatment group） 71 cases,all drugs more than 3 month,to observe the clinical efficacy of 3 groups.Results Qumei trimetazidine group,the total efficiency of 69.6%,benidipine group the total effective rate was 87.5%,the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.4%,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of Qumei trimetazidine group and benidipine group,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Serious adverse reactions were not found in the 3 groups of patients.Conclusion Qumei trimetazidine combined with benidipine treatment of variant angina pectoris can effectively alleviate angina frequency,it is a good choice on treatment of variant angina in clinical.
