Types of Risk That Faced by Farmers' Specialized Cooperative and Countermeasures

面对合作社自身风险管理能力不足、农业保险难以帮助合作社有效分散风险、金融机构风险管理体系不健全和政府风险应对机制不完善等问题,提出要解决问题需要政府、金融机构和合作社三方的共同努力,健全合作社风险应对和保障机制,强化政府在合作社风险管理中的引导和监管职能,创新金融机构面向合作社的信贷产品和服务模式。

Aiming at problems of inadequate management capability of cooperative,agricultural insurance is difficult to help cooperatives effectively disperse risks,distempered risk management system of financial institutions and imperfect government risks coping mechanism,the paper was put forward that perfecting coping and safeguard mechanism of risks,strengthening guidance and regulation of government in risk management and creating credit instrument and service mode which faced cooperative,which needed joint efforts of government,financial institutions and cooperatives.
