对山西资源型地区的经济发展进行分析研究,并在山西综改试验区的背景下,借鉴德国鲁尔区资源型地区政府绿色管理的经验,探索推进山西煤炭资源型地区可持续发展中政府职能转变的路径。

The paper was analyzed and researched economic development of Shanxi resource-based region.Under such background of comprehensive reformation test site in Shanxi province,the paper was explored paths of promoting function transformation of government in sustainable development of coal resource-based region in Shanxi province through learning lesson from experiences of green management of Ruhr resource-based region in Germany.
