摘要
AutoCAD作为目前主流的绘图软件广泛应用于很多领域,其强大的功能为数控自动编程提供了基础。该系统的建立主要基于VBA与AutoCAD系统中ActiveX自动化对象模型两者之间的结合,从而对AutoCAD进行内部二次开发,即以ActiveX自动化对象模型为基础建立了前置处理模块;利用Access建立加工参数数据库系统和数据库检索系统,并建立了数控自动编程系统,使AutoCAD具备一定的CAM功能,达到改善现有数控车床自动编程环境的目的。
AutoCAD,as current mainstream graphics software,is widely used in many fields.Its powerful features provide basis for automatic programming of numerical control.The establishment of this system is mainly based on integration of between ActiveX automation object model and VBA which belong to AutoCAD system.AutoCAD is made internal secondary development: establishing pre-processing module based on ActiveX automation object model;building processing parameter database systems and database retrieval system by using Access,and establishing NC automatic programming system,which make AutoCAD have some CAM functions and achieve objects of improving automatic programming environment of existing numerically controlled lathe.
