支原体肺炎患儿肺泡表面活性物质蛋白A基因多态性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨支原体肺炎(MP)患儿肺泡表面活性物质蛋白A(SP-A)的基因多态性。方法选择2011年1—12月在我院住院的MP患儿100例为病例组,同期在我院住院的非MP患儿100例为对照组。采用基因测序技术检测SP-A基因rs1059054、rs1136452及rs1136454位点的多态性。结果病例组与对照组rs1059054位点CC、CT、TT基因型分布及C、T等位基因分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);rs1136452位点CC、CG、GG基因型分布及C、G等位基因分布比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);rs1136454位点AA、AG、GG基因型分布及A、G等位基因分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SP-A基因rs1059054、rs1136454位点的多态性与MP的发病有一定相关性。 Objective To investigate the surfactant protein A gene polymorphisms in child with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Gene sequencing technology was used to test the surfactant protein A gene in 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia(case group) and 100 cases without mycoplasma infections(control group) in year 2011,and differences between the two groups were tested.Results The genotype and allele distribution of rs1059054 and rs1136454 locus were significantly different between the case group and control group(P〈 0.05),while the genotype and allele distribution of rs1136452 locus showed no significant difference between the two groups(P〈 0.05).Conclusion The surfactant protein A gene rs1059054 and rs1136454 locus polymorphism are associated with child mycoplasma pneumonia.
