电话随访提高儿童预防接种质量的调查研究

Effects of Telephone Follow-up on Improving Children's Immunization Quality

目的调查经电话随访和未经电话随访儿童Ⅰ类疫苗合格接种率及其不良反应发生率、Ⅱ类疫苗接种率之间的差别,分析电话随访对提高儿童预防接种质量的影响。方法前瞻性选取唐山市路北区12所社区卫生服务中心2011年1—6月出生的新生儿家长作为调查对象,随机分为随访组和对照组:对照组给予常规指导,随访组由专人定期行电话随访。1年后比较两组儿童Ⅰ类疫苗合格接种率及其不良反应发生率、Ⅱ类疫苗接种率。结果随访组儿童Ⅰ类疫苗合格接种率、Ⅱ类疫苗接种率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童家长进行电话随访增加了Ⅰ类疫苗合格接种率,降低了不良反应的发生率,有利于Ⅱ类疫苗的推广使用,提高了儿童的预防接种质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of telephone follow-up on children＇s immunization quality.Methods Parents of babies born in the 12 community health centers in a district of Tangshan during January 2011 and June 2011 were prospectively selected and randomly divided into the follow-up group and the control group.The control group received routine guidance,and the follow-up group was followed up periodically by telephone.The differences of qualified inoculation rate and adverse reaction incidence of classⅠvaccines,and inoculation rate of class Ⅱ vaccines between the follow-up group and control group were compared one year later.Results The follow-up group had higher qualified inoculation rate of classⅠvaccines and inoculation rate of classⅡ vaccines,and lower adverse reaction incidence than the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Telephone follow-up can increase qualified inoculation rate and reduce adverse reaction incidence of class I vaccines,and promote the inoculation of class Ⅱ vaccines.
