厦门中小企业物流管理存在问题及对策

Existent Problem and Counterplan of Small and Medium Enterprises Logistics in Xiamen

物流行业发达是厦门中小企业的一项重要的优势资源,但厦门中小企业物流管理自身存在明显的不足。通过中小企业物流管理存在问题的分析,利用中小企业的优势,来找出相应的解决方案,包括运作模式及政策上的支持,使厦门中小企业的物流管理进一步和国际接轨,提高信息流通速度,降低中小企业物流成本,使之适应国内外市场经济的发展。文章研究厦门中小企业实际现状,提出厦门中小企业在物流管理上还有很大的提升空间。

The flourishing logistics profession is an important advantage resource of small and medium enterprises in Xiamen,but small and medium enterprises logistics in Xiamen exists obvious shortage.By the analysis of small and medium enterprises logistics existence problem,and making use of the advantage of the small and medium enterprises,we find out a homologous solution,including operation mode and support on the policy,which makes that the logistics management of small and medium enterprises in Xiamen is further linked up with nations,and that raises information circulating speed and lower small and medium enterprises logistics cost and adapts to the development demand of the orientation domestic and international market economy.The textual research combines actual present condition of small and medium enterprises in Xiamen and puts forward,greatly promoted space for mall and medium enterprises in Xiamen on the logistics management is proposed in this paper.
