摘要
为克服传统的工厂布局规划方法的不足,采用数字化工厂的技术进行压路机混流装配线的布局规划。采用可视化仿真建模技术,利用交互功能良好的仿真平台,通过对生产车间的物流进行三维模拟并基于QUEST平台的逻辑建模分析计算出设备利用率、工位平衡率及通道阻塞率等来对工厂的混流装配规划布局进行改善。通过在三维环境中漫游进行方案的评审,并以此为媒介进行方案的讨论和完善。仿真模拟结果表明当配备为4辆牵引车时,利用率可达到90%以上,工位设置为13个时,工位平衡率达到70%以上。
In the process of designing the layout of roller assembly line,the digital factory technology is introduced in order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional methods.Combined with technology of visual simulation and simulation platform,plant logistics was analyzed through three-dimensional simulation,and the utilization rate of equipment,the station balance rate and the channel blocking rate was calculated based on the QUEST platform.At last,the roller assembly line roam in 3D scene was implemented,that provided visualized methods for program evaluation.The simulation result shows that when there are 4 electric tractor,the utilization rate of equipment can arrives at 90%,and when there are 13 stations,the station balance rate can reach 70%.
