摘要
为降低常规型游梁式抽油机能耗,研制了抽油机液压节能装置。该装置通过抽油机游梁上下行的做功变化而储能释能,有效地改善了抽油机的平衡效果,消除了发电态负功对抽油机的不良影响并将负功余能再生使用,降低了抽油机的能耗。在新疆油田应用50台,经测试平均有功节电率为22.04%,无功节电率为39.54%,综合节电率为15.43%。
In order to reduce the energy-consumption of the conventional type beam pumping units, the hydraulic energysaving devices for the pumping unit have been developed. The energy can be stored and released in the device by the upstream and downstream action of beam in pumping unit. It can improve effectively the balance effect of pumping unit. The adverse impact on pumping unit caused by negative power generation state of the pumping unit can be eliminated. The energy-consumption of pumping unit can be reduced by reusing the residual energy generated by negative work. There are 50 hydraulic energy-saving devices to be used in Xinjiang oilfield. The average active power energy-saving rate is up to 22.04%, the reactive power energy-saving rate is up to 39.54% and the comprehensive energy-saving rate is up to 15.43%.
