摘要
投入、技术和制度是决定经济增长的3个变量。技术变量是经济增长的必要条件 ,制度变量是经济增长的充分条件。而技术进步又离不开制度创新 ,它不仅需要制度的投入、支持、激励与诱导 。
Input, technology and the institution are the three variables for influencing economic growth. The technological variable is the imperative condition for the growth while the institutional variable is the sufficient condition for this growth. Nevertheless, technological advance cannot be without institutional advance as this advance needs the input, support, stimulus and induction of the institution. Besides, this advance itself comprises the direct contribution of the institutional variable.
