摘要
本文介绍了昆钢新区铸铁修罐系统的工艺设备，该设备配套一台铸铁机和140献水罐的修理设施，满足2500m3高炉工艺配套要求和解决特殊情况下的铁水出路问题；在建设过程中对出现的问题进行了整改，并提出了投产后应注意的问题。
In this paper, the manufacturing equipment which supporting the construction of a cast iron machine of hot metal ladle repair system was introduced, and 140 t of the tank repair facilities, and meeting the 2 500 m3 blast furnace process matching requirements and solving the problem of molten iron outlet under special circumstances; the emergence of the problem in the construction process was rectificated, and the problems that being pay attention to production were proposed.
