摘要
本文详细分析了四辊冷轧原支撑辊拆装机存在问题，自主设计一套多液压缸串联驱动、一根中间导向柱导向的新型传动形式的拆装小车，有效的解决了原支撑辊拆装机存在的问题。从而满足生产要求。
The problem of the original supporting roller disassembly machine for four-roller cold rolling mill was analyzed, designing independently support roller dismantling machine with multi-cylinder tandem drive, a middle guide post oriented model transmission form, the support roller disassembly machine problem was solved effectively, so as to meet the production requirements.
