摘要
目前我国中小企业对知识型员工的管理存在盲目性,而知识型员工自主性强、监管复杂及高成就感的自身特点,导致中小企业知识型员工高职率高。中小企业可以考虑采用对知识型员工实行全面薪酬制度,并提供外在非货币形式、心理层面的激励等方式来留住人才。
Now there is blindness in the management toward the knowledgeable staff in China' s small and mediumsized enterprises because they are of full autonomy, supervision complexity and strong sense of achievement to make them have a high rate of the high-rank position in small and medium-sized enterprises. So small and medium-sized en- the comprehensive salary system, the provision of non-monetary form, and the psychological motivation to retain the brains.
