摘要
对某学院在校生进行的就业认知心理状况问卷调查结果显示,在校大学生在就业意向认知、自身就业心理认知、就业形势认知、自身就业能力认知等方面存在偏差。地方教学型本科院校在不断发展过程中,应通过努力创新人才培养模式、注重大学生自身能力的提升、做好家校联动等途径改善大学生就业认知心理问题,为地方教学型本科院校的人才培养模式、毕业生就业等方面提供有利的信息保障。
The results of questionnaire after an investigation on students' employment-cognition in a college in Fujian Province show that there are deviations in their cognition of employment intentions, their own employment psychological, employment situation and their own employment ability of college students. In the process of continuous development, local instructional undergraduate colleges should improve psychological problems of college students' employment-cognitive in a way of trying to innovate personnel training mode, focusing on their own promotion and doing a home-school interaction. Beneficial information is provided for local instructional undergraduate colleges on the personnel training mode, employment of graduates and other aspects.
