中国FDI、技术溢出与经济增长的实证研究

Empirical Research on Chinese FDI,Technical Spillover and Economic Growth

中国是一个发展中国家,通过引入外商直接投资(FDI),利用FDI的技术溢出效应,是取得技术进步和经济发展的便捷方式。本文利用技术内生、规模报酬不变的Cobb-Douglas生产函数,实证地分析了1994-2007年中国FDI和技术水平之间的关系,得出了FDI对中国有微弱的正向技术溢出的结论。并根据产生正向技术溢出的理论条件,结合计量分析的基本理论,分析了产生这一微弱正向技术溢出的原因。

For China, a developing country, introducing FDI and using the FDI technical spillover effect is an easy way to make technical progress and achieve economic growth. By using the Cobb-Douglas productive function with features of endogenous technology and constant returns to scale, this paper analyzes the relationship between FDI, and technical level in China, and accordingly draws the conclusion that FDI has tiny positive technical spillover effect on China. Moreover, according to the theoretical condition in which positive technical spillover is generated, and on the basis of the basic theory of quantitative analysis, it studies the causes of the weak positive technical spillover generated.
