摘要 为适应应用型技能型人才培养的需要,运用项目法和CAE技术对公差实验进行教学改革.实验过程中以工作过程为导向,按企业真实生产任务和检测环境来设计教学内容,应用先进的有限元分析软件ABAQUS数值模拟公差配合,获取应力分布规律及接触面压力分布状况,为公差配合设计提供参考依据,综合体现授课的技巧化,不仅开拓了学生综合性思维和整体性思维,而且增强学生的工程意识和学习兴趣. The project method and CAE technology were used to carried out on tolerance experiment in order to adapt to the need of application and skilled type talents training. It takes the working process as the direction during the experimental course and de-sign teaching content according to the real production tasks and test environment ; it applies the advanced finite element analysis software ABAQUS numerical to simulate tolerance cooperation and obtains the stress distribution law and the distribution situation of contacting surface pressure so as to provide reference for tolerance cooperation design and to reflect comprehensively the teaching skills. This not only develops the students ' comprehensive thinking and holistic thinking, but also enhances students ' engineering consciousness and learning interest, which is expected to provide reference for the education reform of the university curriculums.
