摘要
证券投资安全问题关系到证券市场的形成和发展 ,关系到社会经济秩序的稳定。我国《证券法》十分注重证券投资安全的价值取向 ,通过信息披露制度、强化对证券机构的监管等一系列具体制度的设计 。
