摘要
少儿跳水运动员的心理素质培养训练和身体、技术素质训练一样,是科学训练的三大重要要素之一。从某种意义上说,运动员良好的心理素质是发挥身体能力和技术水平的最重要的保证。在日常的教学训练中,对少儿跳水运动员成功的心理训练对于运动员较快地掌握动作技巧,发挥运动员的最大潜能,起着至关重要的作用。本文从自己在业余体校执教跳水训练多年的亲身经历中,对少儿运动员心理素质培养的点滴经验进行总结。造就一个成功的跳水运动人才,就必须先从早期的少儿跳水运动员选材开始,在众多热爱运动的孩子中,发掘出体格健美、性格稳定、接受和反应能力强、意志坚定、能吃苦的苗子,结合少年儿童的生理特征,从小就进行自信心、坚强意志、正能量控制等有效的心理训练和培养。
The training of juvenile divers' psychological quality,like physical quality training and technical quality training,is one of the three important elements of scientific training. In a sense,athletes'positive psychological quality is the most important guarantee of playing good physical ability and technical performance.During daily teaching and training,a successful psychological training for juvenile divers plays a vital role on assisting those athletes to grasp action skills more efficiently and maximum their potential as well. This article summarized little experiences of juvenile athletes' psychological quality cultivation based on the author's personal coaching experiences in amateur sports school for many years.In the author's opinion,in order to create a successful diving talent, it must begin with early juvenile divers selection to seek out some young players who are athletic,stable,with quick receptivity and reactions,determined and patient of hardship among numerous children who love sports then give them effective psychological training about self--confidence,strength,positive energy control and so on.
