摘要
培养运动员心理过程稳定性,发展其在极端紧张的状况下控制自己心理状态的能力,形成参加训练和比赛的适宜心理状态对竞技水平的发挥与运动成绩的取得都有重要的作用。所以,运动员及教练员都需认识到赛前心理训练的重要性,并应学会调节自己的心里状态。旨在调查赛前心理训练现状的基础上,提出改善广州市青少年羽毛球运动员赛前心理状态的建议。
