摘要
新闻媒体运用 CIS战略进行经营管理 ,就是要从每个媒体的实际情况出发 ,对其经营理念、活动方式和视觉形象进行系统地设计 ,统一组织实施 ,以其各自具体内容的独特性来塑造个性鲜明的良好媒体形象 。
To carry out management by applying CIS strategy,mass media must systematically design their management ideas,methods of activities and visual image, take unified implementation according to the actual situation of each medium,to create a better medium image with specific individual character,and achieve success with its image.
