摘要
1997年刑法典对缓刑制度作了较大幅度的修改。对修改后缓刑制度的一些问题进行了阐释 ,有利于缓刑制度的完善。为了使缓刑制度更具操作性 ,建议设立缓刑保证金制度。
Criminal Code amends probation system in many ways. We try to probe into question which the amendment of criminal Law brought about and give our suggestions, such as, how to caculate the period of deprival of political right, etc. In order to make probation system more available, we suggest to set up tuaranty money of probation system.
