摘要
大学生毕业设计知识产权归属学校的规定,抑制了学生创造性的充分发挥,学校受益也有限。从分析该规定的利弊入手,提出相关建议和对策,以期提高人才培养质量。
The rule that the intellectual property rights of college students graduate design belongs to the college suppresses the students’ creativity into full play,and the school benefit is limited.From the analysis of the pros and cons of the rules,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures in order to improve the quality of personnel training.
