摘要
高职院校辅导员身处学生教育与管理工作的第一线,在学风建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。要加强高职生学风建设工作,辅导员首先要分析当前高职生学风存在的主要问题及其成因,并在此基础上采取有力举措,引导学生树立优良学风。
Counsellors play an irreplaceable role in study atmosphere construction in vocational colleges for they are in direct contact with students in the management.In order to enhance study atmosphere construction in vocational colleges,counsellors should firstly analyze the problems and causes and take effective measures to guide students to set up the fine style of study.
