高职院校学生UPI调查结果的分析与研究

Analysis and Practice on the Physical and Mental Health Investigation of Higher Vocational Students

通过对某高职院校540名学生的UPI调查发现,该校学生心理健康整体状况不容乐观,51.85%的学生存在一定的心理问题,其中26.11%的学生有较严重的心理问题。因此,高职院校应从引导学生正确认识高职教育入手,切实做好心理咨询工作,加强校园文化建设和开设心理健康教育课程等方面,不断加强高职学生的心理健康教育工作。

UPI questionnaires on 540 students of higher vocational colleges were investigated.The results showed that the mental health status of higher vocational college students was not optimistic,51.85% of the students had some psychological problems,and 26.11% of the students had more serious psychological problems.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should strengthen students’ psychological health education by guiding students to correctly understand the higher vocational education,providing the psychological counseling,constructing the campus culture and offering mental health courses,etc.
