摘要
介绍一种基于复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD和微控制器MCU设计的高压开关机械特性测试仪校验装置的系统结构,详细说明动作触头模拟器部分的设计思路和时间参数校准的实现技术,同时对合闸时间测量结果的不确定度进行评定。对多种高压开关机械特性测试仪的验证结果表明,该装置测量结果可靠,可以开展校准工作。
A calibration device of testing instrument on high-voltage breaker's mechanical characteristic based on complex programmable logic device(CPLD)and micro controller unit(MCU) was introduced in this paper,detailedly,the design idea and implementation technology of the simulator of acting contact were illustrated.Measurement uncertainty of the closing time measurement accuracy was evaluated.And the test results of the calibration device used to various testing instrument show that the calibration device can be used to reliably calibrate.
