摘要
现有装备的系统可靠性评估大多是建立在系统构件的独立性假设基础上,但该独立性假设往往与实际不符,导致系统可靠性评估精度大大降低。通过引入Copula函数,构造多随机变量的联合分布函数,有利于分析具有部件相关性的系统可靠性,提出运用该理论分析具有串联相关性的系统可靠性方法。基于该理论对串联机械系统进行分析,经验证该方法可靠。
Most equipment reliability evaluation methods are in the assumption that the components of the equipment system are independent.However,the independence assumption is often inconsistent with the actual.Thus,the accuracy of the evaluated system reliability will reduce greatly.Through introducing the copula function,and constructing the joint distribution function of multiple random variables for analysis the system reliability of component correlation,the authors proposed a method for analyzing the reliability of the serial correlation system.Series of mechanical systems were analyzed on the basis of this theory,and the method is proved to be reliable.
