车用缠绕气瓶声发射检测初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对车用缠绕气瓶的缠绕层材料复杂、不能直接有效地进行检测等问题,对其中的玻璃纤维缠绕层气瓶进行声发射分析、研究,找出合适的传感器布置方案和定位方式。通过大量研究,在声发射信号众多参数中发现费利西蒂比是评价缠绕气瓶的重要参数,它能反映气瓶损伤以及爆破强度,在随后对气瓶破坏试验过程中验证了研究结论的正确性。 For the complex of its layer material, the winding cylinders can't be detected effectively and directly. Through the analysis and research on glass fiber winding layer of the cylinder by acoustic emission, the appropriate sensor layout programs and positioning were found out. Extensive research found out that the Felicity can reflect the cylinder's damage and burst strength and it is an important parameter in the numerous parameters of acoustic emission signals. In the subsequent destruction test for cylinders, the experimental results verify the correctness of the research conclusions.
