摘要
采用索氏提取的方法对橘子果肉中橙皮苷进行提取,对提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、料液比进行单因素试验,并在该基础上采用正交试验对提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:橙皮苷最佳的索氏提取工艺为甲醇作溶剂提取、提取温度85℃、提取时间3h、料液比1∶120,橘子果肉中橙皮苷的含量为2.21mg/g(鲜重)。该方法准确,可靠,可用于橘子中功效成分合理开发和质量控制。
Soxhlet extration was applied to extract hesperidin from orange pulps. The effects of reagent, temperature, time, and material-liquid ratio on the extraction yield of hesperidin were investigated, and the extraction process conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum process conditions were： extract temperature 85 ~C, extract time 3.5 h, material-liquid ratio 1：120 with methanol. The analytical result showed that the content of hesperidin in orange pulp was 2.21 mg/g （fresh weight）. The method is accurate and reliable, and may be used for the development of functional components and the quality control of orange.
