扬州市职业教育对地方软件服务外包产业发展的适应性探析

Probing into the Adaptability of Yangzhou Vocational Education to the Development of Local Software Outsourcing Service Industry

地方软件服务外包要更好更快的发展,关键是人才。本文针对扬州软件服务外包的发展现状以及存在的问题,借鉴扬州职业大学管理学院电子商务专业软件服务外包人才培养方案,提出为了适应地方软件服务外包产业,扬州市职业教育相关专业应注重专业培养模式改革;构建高职院校职业教育联盟;打造软件与服务外包人才高地。

Talents are the key to the better and faster development of the local software outsourcing services. Aiming at the present development situation of Yangzhou software outsourcing services and existing problems, this article draws lessons from the talents training scheme of software service outsourcing in the management department of Yang- zhou Polytechnic College and puts forward some suggestions in order to adapt to the local software service outsourcing industry. For example, related majors of Yangzhou vocational education should focus on the reform of professional training mode, construct the vocational education alliance in higher vocational colleges and build talents highland of software outsourcing service.
