摘要
退休年龄是否应该延迟近期在社会各界引发了热烈讨论,产生了激烈的观点碰撞。从延迟退休年龄的客观条件、对缓解养老金支付压力的影响、对就业的影响和对社会公平的影响四个方面梳理了不同的观点,并提出了相关政策建议。
Recently,the topic of whether the retirement age should be delayed has aroused heated discussions in all sectors of the community and resulted in fierce collision of views.This article collected and sorted out the different points from the following four aspects： the objective conditions of delayed retirement;the impact on the alleviating of retirement pension payment pressure;the impact on employment and social equity,and put forward relevant policy suggestions
