韩日《军事情报保护协定》风波简析

Research on the “Korea-Japan GSOMIA” Crisis

由于韩国民众的反对,原定于2012年6月29日下午签署的韩日《军事情报保护协定》(GSOMIA)在举行签字仪式前一小时被叫停,随后无限期延迟。这结果让韩日两国领导人极为尴尬。如果韩日双方签署《军事情报保护协定》,这将是两国自第二次世界大战以来签署的第一份国防合作协定,有助于美国构建"美日韩三边同盟",因此引来了各国舆论对《军事情报保护协定》风波的高度关注。

Due to the opposition of the South Korean public,The Korea-Japan＂military intelligence protection agreement＂（GSOMIA） which originally scheduled for the afternoon of June29,2012,was stopped one hour before the signing ceremony and postponed indefinitely.It was highly embarrassing results to the leaders of Korea and Japan.If both South Korea and Japan signed the GSOMIA,this will be the first defense cooperation agreement between the two countries since the Second World War.GSOMIA is also likely to help the United States to build the ＂triangle（United States,Japan and South Korea） alliance＂.Therefore ＂Korea-Japan GSOMIA＂aroused widespread concern.
