Research on Cultivation of Contemporary College Students’Pioneering Spirit

随着高等教育大众化的趋势,大学生就业难问题越发凸显,如何更好的以"创业带动就业"破解就业难题,支持青年创业,已成为高校亟需解决的一项工程。培养大学生创业精神有利于促进大学生充分就业、提高人才培养质量和推动高校四大功能有机整合。针对目前面临的大学生创业精神培养缺失的窘境,应建立高校、社会、企业、家庭和大学生"五位一体"的培养机制,为培养和激发学生的创业精神搭建平台、创造条件。

The problem of college graduates’low employment is increasingly prominent with the popularization of higher education,thus how to solve the problem through ＂setting business to drive employment＂has been a pressing problem for colleges.To cultivate the students ’ entrepreneurship is to promote the graduates ’ employment and the integration of the four functions of universities and to strengthen the quality of personnel cultivation.The paper,considering the lack of the cultivation of the students’pioneering spirit,also proposes that universities should establish a training system of ＂five in one＂as the integration of colleges,society,enterprises,families and colleges students and build a platform and provide circumstances to stimulate their pioneering spirit.
