摘要
近年来,高校学生违纪现象严重,直接影响了学校的正常教学秩序,成为高校构建和谐校园和促进大学生全面发展的主要障碍之一。引起受纪律处分的原因是多方面的,本文通过对我校403名受校级处分学生的分析统计,探寻科学有效学生管理思路。
In recent years,the phenomenon of college students’violating discipline is increasingly serious,which directly affects the teaching order.This is one of the main obstacles for building the harmonious campus and promoting the students’development.The cause of the problem is multifaceted.In this paper,the author expects to find effective methods of student management by analyzing 403 students’statistics of disciplinary punishments.
