摘要
针对《统计学》课程的特点及教学中存在的主要问题,结合培养学生可雇佣性的要求,对理论课进行模块重组、重新设计实践教学环节,提出从提高教师胜任力、引导学生主动学习、案例教学与项目教学相结合、采用灵活多样的考核方式等方面进行改革。
In order to have the students meet the requirement of employability,the theoretical modules are restructured and practical teaching curriculum is redesigned with the consideration of the characteristics and problems in teaching of Statistics.This paper puts forwards measures to reform teaching from aspects of improvingteachers ’ teaching ability,guiding students ’ active learning,using case and project teaching,adopting flexible and diverse ways of examination.
