bFGF结合远红外线对促进烧伤创面愈合的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)结合远红外线对促进烧伤愈合的临床疗效。方法烧伤患者37例(43例创面),按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组18例(21例)给予单纯常规治疗,治疗组19例(22例)在常规治疗的基础上联合bFGF、远红外线。比较两组患者创面愈合时间及愈合率、临床总有效率以及瘢痕评分。结果治疗组与对照组在治疗7 d、14 d、21 d的创口愈合率方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别为95.5%(21/22),80.9%(17/21),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组瘢痕评分比较,治疗组显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 bFGF结合远红外线可以促进创口愈合率及缩短愈合时间,提高临床总有效率、改善患者瘢痕评分。 Objective To explored basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and the clinical curative effect of far infrared ray to promote adustum. Methods 37 cases of adustum(43 cases of burn wounds), according to a random number table method divid- ed into control group 36 cases(21 cases) to give the simple routine therapy,treatment group 38 patients(22) on the basis of con- ventional treatment combined bFGF, far infrared ray. The wound healing time, clinical healing rate, total effective rate and cicatri- cle score were compared. Results The 7,14,21d wound healing rate aspects had statistical significant in two groups ( P 〈 O. 05). The total effective rates were 95.5% (21/22), 80.9% (17/21) in treatment group and control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The treatment group was significantly better than control group in the cicatricle score ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion bFGF and far infrared ray can promote healing of wound healing rate and time, and improve clinical total effective rate in patients with scar.
