胎盘多肽与rhG-CSF治疗急性髓细胞性白血病疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨胎盘多肽(PPs)联合重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)治疗非老年成人急性髓细胞性白血病的疗效。方法 2009年3月-2012年10月初诊、巩固治疗的Ⅰ期急性髓细胞白血病(AML)患者共113例。通过不同剂量rhG-CSF分组及联用或不联用胎盘多肽,评估患者的疗效及骨髓有核细胞、中性粒细胞恢复程度。结果胎盘多肽及rhG-CSF可促进骨髓有核细胞增殖及缩短ANC恢复时间,且两者联用效果优于单用此两种药物;联用胎盘多肽可降低rhG-CSF使用剂量且取得相同疗效,而rhG-CSF副作用则明显减轻。结论胎盘多肽联用rhG-CSF可减轻非老年性成人AML患者经济负担、提高rhG-CSF疗效及安全性,从而使此类患者受益。 Objective To investigate the placenta polypeptide joint rhG-CSF treatment of non-elderly adults with acute myelogenous leukemia. Methods 2009.3 - 2012. 10 first visit, consolidation therapy of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with a total of 113 cases ,2. Different doses of rhG-CSF grouping associated with or not associated with placental peptides to assess the efficacy of the patient' s bone marrow nucleated cells, the degree of neutrophil recovery. Results Placenta polypeptide and rhG-CSF can promote bone marrow nucleated cell proliferation and shorten ANC recovery time, and both combined with better than two drugs alone;associated with placental polypeptide can reduce the use of rhG-CSF dose and get the same efficacy, side effects of rhG-CSF was significantly reduced. Conclusion Placenta the polypeptide coupled with rhG-CSF can reduce the economic burden of the non-elderly adult AML patients, and improve the efficacy and safety of rhG-CSF, so that such patients can be benefited.
