腹腔镜下行右半结肠切除术35例的临床研究

Laparoscopic Right Half Colon Resection Under 35 Cases of Clinical Research

目的:对腹腔镜辅助右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法:随机选取2010年12月-2011年12月于本院接受腹腔镜辅助右半结肠切除术治疗的结肠癌患者35例作为观察组,另选取同期接受开腹手术治疗的35例结肠癌患者作为对照组,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:两组患者均顺利接受手术,观察组的手术出血量、术后排气时间、下床活动时间、术后复发率和平均住院时间要明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但手术时间要长于对照组;观察组的术后不良反应发生率为2.86%,对照组为31.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌的临床效果明显,安全有效,利于患者术后康复,值得临床借鉴应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of ]aparoscopic right hemicoleetomy for colon cancer.Method： From 2010 December -2011 year in December in our hospital, 35 patients with colon cancer laparoscopic assisted right hemicolectomy were selected as observation group, the other 35 cases who underwent open operation with colon cancer treatment were selcted as control group, to analyze clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups. Result： Two groups underwent operation smoothly, the amount of hemorrhage after the operation, the exhaust time, ambulation time, postoperative recurrence rate and the average time of hospitalization of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were with statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, but the operation time was longer than that of the control group; the postoperative incidence of adve^e reaction of the observation group was 2.86%, 31.43% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Laparoscopic assisted right hemicolectomy clinical effect in treatment of colon cancer is significant, safe and effective, and can improve the rehabilitation of patients after surgery, which is worthy of clinical use.
