米非司酮对27例功能性子宫出血患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Mifepristone on Functional Uterine Bleeding of 53 Cases

目的:探讨米非司酮治疗功能性子宫出血的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将53例功能性子宫出血患者分为观察组(27例)和对照组(26例),观察组给予米非司酮12.5mg/d治疗,对照组给予安宫黄体酮治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治愈率及复发率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:米非司酮治疗功能性子宫出血疗效好、不良反应少、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate tbe clinical efficacy and safety of mifepristone on the treatment of functional uterine bleeding. Method： 53 cases of functional uterine bleeding were divided into the observation group （ 27 cases ） and the control group （ 26 cases ） . The observation group was treated with 12.5 mg/d mifepristone, while the control group was treated with MPA. Observations were carried out about the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of both groups. Result： The recovery rate and the recurrence rate of the observation group were both significantly better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The incurrence rate and the adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： With good efficacy, few adverse reactions and low recurrence rate, mifepristone is worth clinical application in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding~
