摘要
当前 ,人为活动造成的环境污染已经成为制约经济发展和生活质量提高的重要因素 ,环境保护日益成为人类关注的热点。环境法肩负着对人们环境行为进行规范化指引的重任 ,其建立和完善至关重要。本文追溯了中国污染防治法 2 0余年发展轨迹 ,检讨利弊得失 。
At present,environmental pollution caused by human activities has been the key factor restricting economic development and the life improvement.People are paying more and more attention to it.Environmental law plays an important role in guiding people's environmental behaviors,it is essential to establish and improve environmental law.In this piece,the author try to review the 20 year history of China's legislation of pollution prevention and control,point out its achievements and imperfection and prospect it's development.
