三维超声检查在纵隔子宫诊治中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨三维超声检查对纵隔子宫的诊断价值和指导宫腔镜纵隔切除的临床意义。方法:76例疑诊纵隔子宫的患者,先后行阴道二维、三维超声扫查。以三维超声特有的omniview技术对子宫冠状面成像,对纵隔进行准确测量以指导宫腔镜纵隔切除术。对超声扫查及手术的结果进行分析。结果:三维超声诊断纵隔子宫的敏感性、特异性、准确性均高于二维超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫腔镜手术完整切除纵隔,无并发症发生。结论:三维超声不仅是诊断纵隔子宫的一种可靠的检查手段,且可以指导宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除,避免并发症,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective: To explore the value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of mediastinal uterus and guidance on the clinical significance of mediastinal hysteroscopic resection.Methods: 76 patients suspected mediastinal uterus, were respectively scanning the vagina 2D and 3D ultrasound.Uterine septum reconstructed with omniview technology was accurately measured to guide the hysteroscopic resection of the mediastinum.All results were analyzed.Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the three-dimensional ultrasound for diagnosis of septate uterus were higher than the two-dimensional ultrasound, the difference were significant(P〈O.O5).After hysteroscopy, uterine septum was completely resected, with no comphcations.Condusion: Three-dimensional ultrasound is a reliable screening tool, better than two-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis for septate uterus, can also guide the hysteroscopic resection of mediastinal down, avoiding the side effects, with important clinical applications value.
