On Eduction of Qualities and lmprovement of student Cadre's Qualities

高等学校应采取何种方法和途径去推动实施素质教育 ,仍然是一个继续深入探讨的课题。本文从素质教育与学生干部的关系入手 ,提出了以学生干部素质的提高带动学生群体素质提高的思路 ,并对提高学生干部素质应注意的内容和方法进行了探讨。

Education of qualities are widely made affention in the circle of higher learning through discussion on the concept of education. What methods and ways adopted for improving measures is still a subject should be continuelly deepened the discusion on the relations of education of qualities and student cadre. This article raises the ways of thinking that improving the qualities of student cadre can promofe the qualities of massive students, and discusses the contents and ways should be paid affention about improving qualities of student cadre.
