摘要
日本从１９５３年起开始按年度实施政策性金融投资。从战后日本经济混乱、复兴到高速发展，政策性金融投资在保证政府经济政策的运作、改善社会基础设施、提高国民福利待遇等方面发挥了重大作用，值得我国研究借鉴。
Since 1953,Japan has been implementing the financial investment of adherence to policy annually. After World War Ⅱ,Japan has gone through economic disorder, revive, and develop at top speed. During the past period, financial investment of adherence to police that played a very important role in ensuring carry out the government economic policies, improving the social basic installations, increasing the national welfare treatment, and so forth. It is worth studying and using for reference.
