中国汽车零部件工业公司（如下简称中汽零）原名为中国汽车零部件工业联营公司，成立于1983年，是从事国内外汽车零部件项目投资规划、设计开发、经营销售，对外技术交流、贸易合作．组织参加国内外汽车零部件展览展示，提供产品、技术、市场咨询服务为主的国内一流专业性公司。

Under great changes in winds and clouds, the China Auto Parts & Accessories CORP. (CAPAC) has been transformed into a sub-company with its assets wholly owned by the China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) in China, from an enterprise which was appointed with production arrangement for automobile parts factories during the period of state planning economy. From a powerful yamun with passive services in the period of planning economy, transform into a well known enterprise with active services in the period of marketing economy. For the past 30 years, the CAPAC has experienced difficult decision making from the state into an enterprise, and faced a beautiful turning after structure adjustment. Especially during the past 7 years, the CAPAC, a state owned (GuoZiHao) auto parts enterprise, has been in charged by the CEO of CAPAC, Mr. CHEN Kangren, and integrated industrial resources, formed united force in industrial development and woven the dream of "Change under fusion" of changing from big into strong in auto parts industry in China.
